Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), electronic payments may be processed by PayPal or Square, depending on the payment option presented during checkout. Available payment methods may vary by payment provider, customer, device, account, eligibility, and transaction.
Online puppy reservations and purchases must be made by a person who is at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method selected for any Purchase and that the information you provide in connection with your Purchase is true, correct, and complete.
Payment-card, bank, and eligible digital-wallet information entered during online checkout is submitted directly to PayPal or Square through provider-hosted payment components and is subject to the selected provider's applicable terms and privacy practices. ABCs Puppy Zs does not collect or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes through this website.
By selecting and using PayPal or Square at checkout, you also agree to any terms, eligibility requirements, wallet terms, and privacy practices that apply to the payment provider and payment method you choose. Authorization or approval by a payment provider does not change ABCs Puppy Zs pricing, refundability, reservation, cancellation, or other purchase terms stated on this website.
For puppy reservations, the reservation option consists of a $500 refundable reservation deposit that applies toward the puppy price plus a separate $100 non-refundable Application & Administrative Fee, for $600 total due at reservation checkout. The $500 reservation deposit may be requested back if your plans change; the $100 Application & Administrative Fee is non-refundable. If you choose to pay in full, the amount due is the displayed puppy price plus the same $100 Application & Administrative Fee. Additional reservation, transfer, refund, puppy-specific, health-guarantee, or fulfillment terms stated in our Goldendoodle FAQ or in a transaction-specific agreement also apply where relevant.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, errors in your order, or other legitimate business reasons. Payment authorization or approval by PayPal, Square, or another payment method does not by itself guarantee acceptance of an order. If we cancel a Purchase after funds have been captured, any refund or other disposition of funds will be handled in accordance with the applicable purchase and refund terms and applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be priced wrong, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.
We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and without prior notice.
